Koman Keneya means, Shihuahuaco with designs, because many have learned spiritually and been healed physically from this plant. Shihuahuaco is also a plant used traditionally by the Shipibos to become a 'Meraya' - the highest level of healer.

After many years guiding Ayahuasca ceremonies across the world, including at some of the world's most popular retreats, Maestro Americo and Maestra Olga have returned to their home near Pucallpa, Peru. Through a labor of love, they have built and lead life changing retreats.
